Betti has started over 80 school gardens, and as the Executive Director of the Office of School Nutrition, has successfully increased access to fresh foods and vegetables with engaged programs and partners for Detroit Public Schools. Join Twin Cities schoolyard garden leaders and supporters as we take a fresh look at how to increase access to healthy food and healthy choices in Minnesota.
