Hundreds of fairs, markets, and neighborhood parties are held at North Minneapolis each year. With all the food waste, packaging and beverage containers, a lot of waste can be generated at events of any size. BALL has committed to green area events with outdoor options, waste-reduction information, educate vendors, train volunteers and find collection options. In order to encourage the GREEN event, BALL offers free event listing online, monthly eNewsletter, and throw in Tips to turn the event to a Green Event.
